1、Spread out the chain,with the lozenge of forgings downwards,The tension chain must be on the outer side of the wheel.
2、 Drive onto the chain,stop at a distance of approx.2 ft(60cm)from the end,Put the mounting chain over the tire.Fix the mounting chain with the 2 mounting hooks.
3、Slowly drive a full tum of the wheel.
4、Stop the wheel and fasten the two ends with the assembly pliers.
5、Fasten the links of the outer chain with the pin-shackle.Open the mounting chain and remove the 2 mounting hooks.
6、Fasten and secure all forgings on the inner chain side with connecting ring.Continue to fasten the chain.
7、 Secure connecting ring:push in the locking piece,drive in the pin;Secure pin-shackle push in the fixing element and drive in the pins.
8、 Remove the mounting chain.Secure the tension lever,thus tighening the tension chain;Then push the locking plate into the tension chain and fasten.At last fasten tension chain ends with a shackle.
